The Smart-Doser is focused on dispensing of conventional, low-migration and UV offset inks. The pumps will be arranged as per the client’s specific requirements and match the original ink supply containers. The inks’ shelf-life will be the same as that of inks in factory closed containers.
An automatic handling system is available for container types up to 10 kg. Empty containers are fed on a belt, the barcode with recipe and dispensing volume is scanned automatically, and the containers are then pushed onto the scale and released for dispensing. They are conveyed onward automatically after dispensing. Hence, production can proceed in autonomous mode without breaks in the dispensing process.
